We ship fast, tracking is always included, and shipping is completely free. Most US orders arrive within about a week.
Free Shipping
Here’s the deal: all SnoozeStudio orders ship for free.
No minimum purchase. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.
We believe getting better sleep shouldn’t come with extra shipping costs.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we take 1–2 business days to carefully prepare and pack it.
This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on where you’re located:
United States:
3–7 business days
Canada:
6–10 business days
International:
10–20 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes, and occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs processing, or busy shipping periods.
Tracking Your Order
Every SnoozeStudio order includes tracking.
Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Sometimes tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear, so don’t worry if the tracking page looks quiet at first.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are determined by your local government and unfortunately we don’t have control over them. If they apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first—they often have additional delivery details.
While we aren’t responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to help you figure out what happened.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for the lost package.
If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help before it ships.
Holiday Shipping
During busy times of the year—like holidays or major shopping events—shipping carriers may take a few extra days to deliver packages.
