You have 30 days to return your item if you’re not satisfied.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers cover return shipping, and once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund.

We understand that comfort and sleep products can be personal. If your SnoozeStudio product isn’t working out the way you hoped, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition they were received
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple.

Return Shipping

The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you receive the correct product.
Non-Returnable Situations
To keep things fair, we cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used or heavily worn
• Products returned after the 30-day return window
• Items not in their original condition
