Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed.

• Be in the same condition you received it
• Include the original packaging

Returns requested after 30 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

  3. Once the returned product arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional days for the refund to appear.
